In my workshops I ask people to raise their hands if they have taken a DISC profile. Most hands go up. I then ask people to keep their hands up if they remember their DISC style. Most hands go down. I then ask people to keep their hands up if they apply DISC style awareness in their communications and team dynamics. There is seldom a raised hand remaining.
I could see the awesome power of assessments but wanted to help people to understand and apply the insights from style awareness. This is where Take Flight Learning thrives. Behavioral Assessments
