The top “core cares” currently are attracting, engaging and retaining a great team, and keeping up with the changing marketing methods.

Why insurance? I started an insurance venture over 20 years ago and built it to a $25 million book of business. I like the industry and can provide value. I also help service professionals, service-based franchise owners, learning development professionals and others.

Every client challenge is unique, so every engagement is customized. Prior to any proposal I invest about two hours of my time to fully understand the client’s challenges and opportunities.

I connected with Dave at a time when we were trying to figure out how to pivot during the early stages of the COVID-19 situation.
