Why insurance? I started an insurance venture over 20 years ago and built it to a $25 million book of business. I like the industry and can provide value. I also help service professionals, service-based franchise owners, learning development professionals and others.
Every client challenge is unique, so every engagement is customized. Prior to any proposal I invest about two hours of my time to fully understand the client’s challenges and opportunities.
To raise my own game I invest over 400 hours per year in ongoing professional development in addition to the continuing education hours required for my licenses and certifications. This allows me to be current so I can add more value for clients.
